Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Item
Ensure all bathroom fixtures and components are securely repacked in their original manufacturer packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and protective padding.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at an authorized carrier location, or schedule a collection for larger vanity and bathtub units.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
