What is the standard delivery timeframe for bathroom fixtures?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, though larger items like glass shower screens and bathtubs may require specialized two-man delivery which can take up to 7-10 days.
Are your shower enclosures made from safety glass?
Yes, all Aica Bathrooms shower enclosures and wet room screens are manufactured using high-quality tempered safety glass that meets BS EN 12150 standards for maximum durability and user safety.
What is your return policy if I change my mind?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note that once a product has been installed, we are unable to accept it for return unless it is faulty.
Do your products come with a manufacturer's warranty?
Absolutely. We provide a comprehensive 10-year warranty on most of our shower enclosures and a 1-year warranty on wearable parts like seals and rollers to ensure long-term peace of mind.
Can I choose a specific delivery date for my order?
During the checkout process, you can indicate a preferred delivery window. Our courier partners will contact you via SMS or email to confirm a final time slot once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
